Bridgett's Kitchen

Cant say enough how welcomed my friends and i were! We came for dinner and left as family. Bridgett is amazing and just lights up the room! The food portions are great and of course tasty!

This place was awesome. The wait staff of 5, each asked me numerous times if I needed anything. The food melted in my mouth and was on the table super fast. Very impressed with dinner tonight, thanks Bridgett

Bridgett's Kitchen has all the talk of the town with her home cooked recipes and her country layed back atmosphere. To start off I tried the smoked meatloaf and smokes mac & cheese with that down home sweet potato casserole. The smoke was not overwhelming and those country flavors was smacking my tast buds silly . If your in lexington please come see what all the fuss is about at Bridgett's you can't go wrong. My wife had the brisket and mashpotato's with smoke mac and cheese I can still hear here smacking her lips and saying how good everything was .

Finally stopped to experience the talk of the town. Saturday lunch was a busy time and loved hearing the orders called out to the kitchen staff. The servers were super nice and attentive. Overall atmosphere was of visiting your friend’s home. We ordered smoked brisket plates with the smoked mac n’ cheese, baked beans, cole slaw, hushpuppies, and bread.The smoked mac n’ cheese is decadently delicious. It’s creamy and the smokey cheese flavor brings it over the top. The hush puppies were full of seasoning with the perfect outside crunch. Beans and slaw were good sides to round out the meal with different flavors and textures. The brisket was so tender and full of that slow smoked essence. They have 3 BBQ sauces on the table; we preferred the sweet. The sweet tea is really good.The amount of food for the price was quite reasonable, as we sat for lunch but now we will have the leftovers for our dinner tonight.Seeing the food other patrons ordered looked really good, so I do believe we’ll be back to try more of their menu.

What a can I say about this place. The BEST purveyors of smoked meat in Lexington. In the Lexington they lift their noses and say through pursed, vinegary lips that they invented barbecue. They may have a claim there, but luckily Bridgett’s Kitchen has come along to perfect it. We Tried all the meats available on Wednesday night. Brisket, Turkey breast, pulled pork and both sausages. The Brisket had a velvety mahogany crust and deeply flavorful meat so tender it almost melts. The Turkey was flawless juicy and smoky, with the richness you’d expect. The jalapeño sausage was also a show stopper. The Other meats were all excellent, but they have a hard time living up to the incredible standard set by the Brisket and Turkey. The sides were all wonderful as well. Looking forward to a return visit.

Bridgett and all the employees are so amazing and wonderful. Everything I've eaten from there has been very delicious! I really love the brisket and the ribs. You can't go wrong with anything there, though.

We had an incredible experience! The staff and owners are so friendly and work to ensure everyone enjoys their meal and time in this restaurant. Highly recommend!
